Monaco - make your event unique

Monaco - make your event unique

Stretching over a two sqkm territory, the Principality of Monaco is the second smallest country in the world. Nestled in the heart of Europe, this city-state embodies many unique facets which make it famous worldwide and help to create the special aura that shimmers over Monaco.

Ideally located between the mountains and the sea, benefiting from a mild Mediterranean climate all year round, the Principality is situated between France and Italy. It can be easily reached via Nice airport (daily direct flights from all over the world).

Monaco embodies glamour and luxury in people’s minds. These two components are certainly part of its DNA but our country offers much more.

The Principality has proved to be a successful and virtuous economic model as well with more than 5,000 companies. Its major industry sectors keep developing and today the Principality is a knowledge hub aiming at becoming a fully Smart City.

Our congress centre, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, offers large capacities to welcome your events. 2,500 hotel rooms are available in all categories. Most of our facilities are within walking distance making logistics easy.

During the current crisis that the world is facing, Monaco is working  hard on applying strict measures to halt the pandemic. Our Social Affairs and Health Ministry is making concerted efforts to handle the situation and guarantee a safe and healthy environment with a stance of constant vigilance.

As the Convention Bureau of Monaco, we want to ensure a close follow up of your event. We believe that our service and dedication is essential to guarantee the success of your event. Indeed, we are convinced that any business is firstly a matter of human interaction!

We will be more than happy to be your first contact in order to give you the right keys to organise your event in our unique Principality!

Catherine Decuyper

CEO, conference manager EuroMedicom

Choosing Monaco as a venue for the Anti-Aging World Congress was one of the keys to its success. Monaco is an exceptional destination on many counts: superbly located and with a climate that is mild almost all year round. Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority is a real partner, keen to offer help and advice at all stages and the Grimaldi Forum is a perfect congress centre, set in an
amazing location and run by highly professional staff. The hotels are also real partners, who listened to our needs and took time to welcome each of our 8,000 participants as individuals.

Astrid Wicki

Osteology Foundation

The symposium was a huge success for us as organisers not only because we had 2,500 participants but also because everything was near to perfect.
We have rarely seen so many smiling faces and received so much positive feedback. Many of the industry representatives as well as the speakers said: "Why have we never organised an event in Monaco before?" I am convinced that you will see more implantologists in the future in your city.

Dr Richard Budgett

IOC Medical Director

The IOC conference on injury & illness prevention is the jewel in the crown of our medical and scientific programme. The Principality has a long history in association with elite sport. It is linked to the Olympic Games, with HSH Prince Albert being an IOC member, with the IAAF having its headquarters here, Peace and Sport being based here, too. Monaco is really embedded in the world of sport
and is a gathering point for everybody. The Grimaldi Forum is well laid out, there is a feeling of spaciousness and people could mingle and make the connections they are really here for.

Nathalie Grosdidier

Luxe Pack found the Grimaldi Forum to be a very pleasant venue with real character. Also, in the Principality everything is conveniently situated in one place, which is very unusual and is very much appreciated by the participants. Exhibitors and visitors meet at the show, but they also interact outside, on the sidelines of the event.
